- Contract description
The purpose of this contract is the provision of transportation services for the “Uncovering HERstory: E55mpowering Youth and Preserving Feminist Heritage” project regarding the safe travel of project staff and participants from Tirana to Struga and return. The transportation service will support project activities taking place between 23–27 June 2025.
List of specific services requested:
– Provision of one vehicle (minivan or bus) with a capacity of at least 9 passengers;
– Transport from Tirana to Struga on 23 June and return on 27 June 2025;
– Professional driver with valid documentation;
– Comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle;
– Fuel and tolls included in the total cost.
– Van-type vehicle suitable for 9 passengers;
- Technical requirements
- Registered legal entity authorized to offer transportation services in Albania;
- Experience in offering group transportation nationally and/or internationally;
- Availability of vehicle in required dates (23–27 June 2025);

Required documents:
– Price offer in EUR;
– Short description of the company and transport experience; if applicable
– Vehicle details and availability for 23–27 June 2025;
- Award criteria
The contract will be awarded to the company that:
- Meets the minimum technical requirements stated in this Request for Offer;
- Submits a complete application within the deadline;
- Offers the most economically advantageous price within the allocated budget,
- Demonstrates availability and vehicle suitability for the required dates (23–27 June 2025).
Meeting all minimum requirements is necessary but not sufficient. Preference will be given to offers that provide the best combination of quality and cost-efficiency.
