The transportation service will support project activities taking place between 23\u201327 June 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>List of specific services requested:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Provision of one vehicle (minivan or bus) with a capacity of at least 9 passengers;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Transport from Tirana to Struga on 23 June and return on 27 June 2025;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Professional driver with valid documentation;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Fuel and tolls included in the total cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Van-type vehicle suitable for 9 passengers;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Technical requirements<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Registered legal entity authorized to offer transportation services in Albania;<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Experience in offering group transportation nationally and\/or internationally;<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Availability of vehicle in required dates (23\u201327 June 2025);<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Application procedure <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Offers must be submitted in English or Albanian via email to: <a href=\"mailto:info@acpd.org.al\">info@acpd.org.al<\/a> or delivered in hard copy to: Bul. Gjergj Fishta, P. 26, Hy. 2, Ap. 5, Kodi Postar 1001, Tirana, Albania<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Required documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Price offer in EUR;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Short description of the company and transport experience; if applicable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Vehicle details and availability for 23\u201327 June 2025;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><strong>Award criteria <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The contract will be awarded to the company that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Meets the minimum technical requirements stated in this Request for Offer;<\/li><li>Submits a complete application within the deadline;<\/li><li>Offers the most economically advantageous price within the allocated budget,<\/li><li>Demonstrates availability and vehicle suitability for the required dates (23\u201327 June 2025).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting all minimum requirements is necessary but not sufficient. Preference will be given to offers that provide the best combination of quality and cost-efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><strong>Submission of offer<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications must be submitted in English or Albanian to the Contracting Authority via email at: info@acpd.org.al or delivered in hard copy to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bul.
