Nxitjes dhe sigurimit t\u00eb aksesit t\u00eb barabart\u00eb, p\u00ebr informacion cil\u00ebsor, sh\u00ebrbime, mjete dhe edukim t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuesh\u00ebm, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe grupet vulnerab\u00ebl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrmbledhje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drejtori Ekzekutiv \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr udh\u00ebheqjen e suksesshme dhe menaxhimin e organizat\u00ebs duke u bazuar n\u00eb drejtimin strategjik t\u00eb miratuar t\u00eb QShPZh-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I Udh\u00ebheqja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>T\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjet e Bordit dhe t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb, vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb informoj\u00eb Bordin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e brendshme dhe t\u00eb jashtme q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb organizat\u00ebn.<\/li><li>T\u00eb krijoj\u00eb kushtet e favorshme p\u00ebr pun\u00eb n\u00eb ekip t\u00eb efektshme nd\u00ebrmjet Bordit dhe Drejtorit&nbsp; Ekzekutiv dhe&nbsp; nd\u00ebrmjet&nbsp; Drejtorit Ekzekutiv dhe stafit.<\/li><li>T\u00eb P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoje organizat\u00ebn n\u00eb aktivitetet e komunitetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar profilin komunitar t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br><strong>II<\/strong> <strong>Planifikimi dhe menaxhimi i veprimeve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>T\u00eb hartoj\u00eb nj\u00eb plan&nbsp; veprimi i cili p\u00ebrfshin q\u00ebllimet dhe objektivat q\u00eb shkon n\u00eb nj\u00eb drejtim me planin strategjik t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs.<\/li><li>T\u00eb sigurohet se veprimtaria e organizat\u00ebs p\u00ebrmbush pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e p\u00ebrfituesve t\u00eb saj, Bordit dhe financuesve.<\/li><li>T\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr\u00eb funksionimin efikas dhe efektiv t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs.<\/li><li>T\u00eb hartoj\u00eb politikat p\u00ebr miratimin e Bordit dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb procedurat p\u00ebr zbatimin e politikave organizative; t\u00eb rishoh\u00eb politikat ekzistuese n\u00eb baza vjetore dhe t\u00eb rekomandoj\u00eb ndryshime t\u00eb Bordit sipas rastit.<\/li><li>T\u00eb sigurohet q\u00eb dokumentat e personelit, donator\u00ebve dhe vullnetar\u00ebve&nbsp; jan\u00eb ruajtur mir\u00eb dhe konfidencialiteti\/privat\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb e ruajtur.<\/li><li>T\u00eb ofroj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr Bordin duke p\u00ebrgatitur axhend\u00ebn e takimit dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen materiale.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><strong>III Planifikimi dhe menaxhimi i programit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>T\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr\u00eb planifikimin, zbatimin dhe vler\u00ebsimin e programeve dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs.<\/li><li>T\u00eb sigurohet se programet dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e ofruara nga organizata kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb misionin e organizat\u00ebs dhe reflektojn\u00eb prioritetet e Bordit.<\/li><li>T\u00eb monitoroj\u00eb realizimin e p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm t\u00eb programeve dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur apo p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb<\/li><li>T\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr\u00eb planifikimin, zbatimin, ekzekutimin dhe vler\u00ebsimin e projekteve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><strong>IV Planifikimi i burimeve njer\u00ebzore dhe menaxhimi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>T\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat ndaj&nbsp; stafit p\u00ebr menaxhimin organizativ dhe d\u00ebrgimin e programit.<\/li><li>T\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr\u00eb zbatimin e politikave t\u00eb burimeve njer\u00ebzore, procedurat dhe praktikat, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb zhvillimin e p\u00ebrshkrimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb stafin.<\/li><li>T\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis pozitiv, t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb sigurt t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje&nbsp; me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb legjislacionin dhe rregulloren e duhur.<\/li><li>T\u00eb rekrutoj\u00eb,&nbsp; t\u00eb intervistoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedh\u00eb personelin q\u00eb kan\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e duhura teknike dhe personale p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar m\u00eb tej misionin e organizat\u00ebs.<\/li><li>T\u00eb siguroj\u00eb q\u00eb i gjith\u00eb stafi t\u00eb&nbsp;
